Meet Our Founder

Lesa Adeboyé

President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Lesa Adeboye’, President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), founded Alliance Group after over a decade as a contracts management professional. With over 25 years of experience in the federal government contracting space, Lesa is a respected subject matter expert in the field. Her expertise includes contract negotiation and administration, procurement, contract compliance, program/project management, and business development. Roles held over her professional career include Program Director, Director of Contract & Procurement, Compliance Officer, and Director of Business Development, for both Fortune 500 corporations and small businesses. Lesa has managed and administered federal contracts in support of agencies including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and Veterans Affairs (VA).

 

Lesa serves on the Board of Directors for Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), a non-partisan public policy organization that advocates on behalf of women and under-utilized businesses in the legislative processes of our nation. She was also named the 2022 Woman Owned Small Business Champion of the Year. Lesa is an alumnus of Georgia State University, Andrew Young School of Public Policy.
